Shop Performance Score (SPS)

The Shop Performance Score rates how reliable a shop is for buyers, from 0 to 5, using measures such as negative reviews, returns, cancellations, on-time delivery and customer service. TikTok gives a shop a score once it has delivered at least 30 orders in the past 60 days in the UK, or 90 days in the US. TikTok’s UK affiliate policy asks for a score of at least 3.5, and in the US TikTok ends a shop’s active affiliate plans and campaigns when the score falls below 3.0.
