Outreach quota (sample quota)
A limit on how many new creators a seller can invite or message. In the US it is weekly and based on the last 30 days of sales.

In the US, TikTok’s Seller University sets a weekly quota for target invitations and messages to creators you have not worked with, based on your GMV in the past 30 days and refreshed every Sunday; a new seller with no GMV gets a one-time pack of 1,000. TikTok’s UK and EU pages state no outreach quota. For samples, TikTok’s UK guides allow each creator up to five open requests at a time in open collaborations and set no limit in target collaborations.
