About these terms

These terms apply to your use of inflow.club (the site) and to the applications and messages you send through it. The site is operated by INFLOW Network LLC (“INFLOW”, “we”, “us”), 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A, Newark, Delaware 19711, USA (EIN 37-2020907), an independent agency. By using the site or sending an application you agree to these terms.

If you and INFLOW sign a separate agreement, for example as a creator, a brand or a partner, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

Who we are and what we do

INFLOW represents creators who sell on TikTok Shop, helps brands and sellers set up and run affiliate programs, connects the two sides and reports on the results.

INFLOW does not run stores. We do not do warehousing, packing or shipping, product photography, physical returns handling or inventory management. We do not collect payments or hold money on behalf of sellers, and we do not spend a seller’s advertising budget from our own accounts.

INFLOW is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of their respective owners.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Do not try to get into the site’s systems without permission, interfere with how it works, send automated or abusive requests, copy the site in bulk with scripts, or use it to send spam or harmful material.

The information on the site is general information. Where we show market figures or ranges, each one comes with its source and is given for information only. It is not advice, not a promise of earnings and not a forecast.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Applications

Filling in a form on the site is an application or a request to talk to us. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either side. We may accept, decline or ask for more information, and we may not be able to answer every application.

What you tell us must be accurate and complete as far as you know, and you must be entitled to share it. If TikTok Shop is not open in your market yet and we say we will contact you when it opens, that does not mean the market will open, or open on any given date.

How we handle the personal data you send is explained in the Privacy Policy and, for Türkiye, in the KVKK notice. The explicit consent you give with the required box in the form is set out in the Consent text.

Creators

If you join as a creator we ask for accurate information about you and your channel. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and entitled to sell on TikTok Shop in the markets you choose.

You stay responsible for your content and for following TikTok’s rules and the law, including the rules on advertising, on disclosing paid partnerships and on consumer protection. Content you create stays yours. How INFLOW and brands may use content from campaigns you take part in is set out in your agreement with us.

INFLOW does not take a share of the commission you earn. TikTok Shop pays your commission to you directly, under its own terms. The site does not promise any amount of earnings.

Brands and sellers

If you work with us as a brand or seller, you confirm that the products you ask us and our creators to promote are lawful, safe, accurately described and allowed on TikTok Shop, and that you hold the rights you need to sell and promote them.

You run your own store. You are responsible for your stock, packing, shipping, returns, customer service, taxes and for following TikTok Shop’s seller rules. INFLOW does none of these. Samples, briefs and campaign terms are agreed in writing for each program.

You may use personal data of creators that we share with you only for the program it was shared for.

Partners

Agencies, LIVE agencies, marketplace agencies and warehouses work with INFLOW under a signed agreement. The terms of a partnership, including the revenue share, are shared with each partner directly and are not published on the site.

Referral codes and links identify the partner who brought an applicant. They are used to credit that partner as set out in the partner’s agreement.

Fees and payments

Using the site and sending an application is free. Creators pay nothing and INFLOW takes nothing from their commission. Any fee or revenue share with a brand, seller or partner is agreed in writing before it applies.

INFLOW does not collect payments or hold money on behalf of sellers. Payments for sales on TikTok Shop are made through TikTok Shop and its payment providers, under their terms.

You are responsible for the taxes that apply to your own earnings and business.

TikTok and other platforms

TikTok Shop is run by TikTok, not by us. Its rules, fees, features and the markets where it is open can change at any time and are outside our control. The market status we show is sourced, carries a date and can be out of date.

We are not responsible for decisions or actions of TikTok or of any other platform, for example account limits, removed content or changed commission rules.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, texts and graphics, and the INFLOW name and logo belong to INFLOW Network LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share its pages by link. You may not copy, change or reuse its content or brand elements for other purposes without our written permission.

Other names, logos and marks on the site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean there is a partnership or an endorsement unless we say so.

No guarantees

We work to give accurate information and to do a good job, but we do not guarantee any particular result. Sales, commissions, follower growth, approvals on TikTok Shop and market openings depend on many things we do not control. Individual results vary.

The site is provided as it is and as available. It may be unavailable or contain mistakes from time to time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, INFLOW is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site, and its total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to USD 100.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access to the site, decline an application or end a working relationship if you break these terms or the law, if you give us false information, or if the relationship can no longer go on. Agreements we have signed with you end as they say. Terms that by their nature should continue after the end, such as confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, unless a law that protects you says otherwise. This does not take away the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at the address below so that we can try to solve the matter informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change is important, or affects an agreement we have with you, we will tell you in a suitable way and give you 30 days’ notice. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
