A seller registered in the market it sells in, such as a UK business on TikTok Shop UK. UK and EU rules also ask for local stock, with some EU exceptions.
A local seller is registered in the market it sells in, for example a UK business selling on TikTok Shop UK. TikTok’s UK and EU registration policies ask local sellers to store their stock in that country (the EU policy allows some exceptions), ship orders there domestically and accept returns there.
