TikTok's portal where agencies register for TikTok Shop partner roles and send access requests to sellers and creators.

Agencies use the Partner Center to register for partner roles, such as TikTok Shop Partner, affiliate partner, Creator Agency Partner or Multi-Channel Network. From there they ask sellers for access to Seller Center and, in the US, ask creators to link with them.
