Consent text
What you agree to
This is the text of the explicit consent you give when you tick the required box in an application form on inflow.club. The box reads: “I have read the Privacy Policy and the KVKK notice, and I give my explicit consent to INFLOW processing my personal data, including transferring it outside my country, as described in the Consent text.”
Who. INFLOW Network LLC, 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A, Newark, Delaware 19711, USA (EIN 37-2020907) (“INFLOW”, “we”), processes your data as the controller.
Which data. Your name and e-mail address and, depending on the form you fill in: as a creator, your TikTok username and phone or WhatsApp number and, if you give them, your country, content category, follower range and a referral code; as a brand or seller, your company and, if you give them, your website, the marketplaces you sell on, product category, phone number and a referral code; as a partner, your company and partner type and, if you give it, a referral code.
Why. To read and assess your application, to contact you about it, to decide whether and how we can work together, to run the creator network and the brand programs (for example to match creators and brands), to credit the partner who brought you, and to keep a record of this consent.
Transfer outside your country. INFLOW Network LLC and some of our service providers are outside your country. Your data is kept in the tool where we keep applications, Inflow CRM, our own system, hosted in the Netherlands, and may be processed in Türkiye, the Netherlands and the United States. With this consent you agree to that transfer.
This consent covers the processing and the transfer described here. Everything else, such as who else receives your data, how long we keep it, your rights and how to use them, is described in the Privacy Policy and, for Türkiye, in the KVKK notice. Those notices are information only; this page is the consent.
The laws this consent covers
This one text is meant to meet the consent requirements of: the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), for explicit consent to processing and to transfer abroad; the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations; and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Which of these laws applies to you depends mainly on where you are.
Optional updates
Under the required box there are two more boxes, one for updates by e-mail and one for updates on WhatsApp (the partner form, which asks for no phone number, has the e-mail box only). They are separate, they are not ticked in advance, and you can send your application without ticking them.
We send news, offers or other commercial messages only to the channel you ticked. Messages about your own application are not updates in this sense. You can stop updates at any time with the link in each e-mail, by telling us on WhatsApp or by writing to info@inflownetwork.com.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@inflownetwork.com. Withdrawing takes effect from then on: it does not make unlawful what we did with your consent before.
After you withdraw, we stop the processing and the transfer that rely on this consent and delete your application data, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it on another ground. Without this consent we may not be able to go on with your application.
You do not need to give any consent to read the site.
What we record
With each application we keep a record of your consent: the version of this text you were shown, the language of the page, the time you sent the form, and which boxes you ticked. We keep it to be able to show what you agreed to and when, for 10 years after our relationship with you ends.
